On May 2, the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus Andrei Savinykh met with the Director of the National Nanotechnology Research Center (UNAM), Hilmi Volkan Demir. The Chairman of Scientific Council and Director of Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research Sergey Gaponenko also took part in the dialogue.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the prospects of the Belarusian-Turkish scientific and technical cooperation on the basis of the Center, as well as the possibility of holding joint competitions for fundamental research projects.
